Jamiroquaying without moving
Jamiroquai es una banda global, tiene en sus canciones el toque funky/disco/prendido como también el chill/jazz/puedo-estar-frente-al-computador-haciendo-un-trabajo-durante-horas-sin-aburrirme.De esa globalidad, de esa riqueza multicultural que le imprimen a muchos de sus temas, rescatan la raíz del ser humano. Desde su primer disco titulado "Emergency On Planet Earth" y con el propio nombre de la banda hacen referencia a la grandiosa pachamama, en cierta medida recordándonos que eventualmente volveremos a ser parte de ella.
¿Será esa conexión la que permite que a todo el mundo le guste Jamiroquai? Mi frase puede ser un poco atrevida, pero apuesto a ella.

Jamiroquai viene de los indígenas Iroquois (ke vivían en alguna parte de la actual gringolandia) que rendían tributo con gran reverencia a la naturaleza. Y bueno... Jam es porque Jay Kay y sus boys te ponen el ritmo
